6 Life changing reasons you should start workout (from developer perspective)

Workout is much more than join a gym .It is a lifestyle, a choice of healthy and deciplined life , with a daily growing mindset .

When i started my workout first year, I only wants to be look good and more confident . until one day I realized It returns me so much more. I want to share all these to you .

“Forced” to be healthy

Need to learn the knowledge before I touch weights, otherwise I will only end up wasted my time. example if i go to gym after drinking with friends, or after gym i started smoking, i will never see the changes I want .

“garbage in ,garbage out” forced me get away from those bad habbits , I quit smoking at 2013, quit drinking at 2015, stay healthy became my lifestyle , and I enjoy it .

Discipline until you love it

In workout, then in everything

When i started my workout, I keep reminding myself, I have to be discipline otherwise i will not get any result ;And after i keep doing it for 6 month, i no need determination any more, i just can not skip any week workout, I loved it. This idea I learned from workout is also true for many other hobbies : leetcode, a side project, boxing, skateboard, guitar, running ,swimming etc . discipline when you started, after months, mastering it and love it .

Knowing and stretching your limit then grow
