There is a easier and better way to learn : Instead of trying to learn everything those you do not know ,learn from people around you .
You need to : Shift your focus from “things” to “people” .
Your work is always with people . do not run away from that , you can’t .
Find someone better than you, the way how they talk, how to present ,and how to find the root cause when solving a problems . how they manage a team or build up the juniors .they are skills which you can not learn from any books , only experience .
Learn from them .
Next ,Shift your mind from yourself to others.
Instead of pushing yourself to become the best one who knows and do everything and until burn out, be the one who see the blockers ,can help and guide others .
